Duluth, Minnesota native Sharon is a warm, resilient woman who values companionship, faith, and meaningful connection. She recently returned to Minnesota in December 2025 after many years living in California and Iowa. Adjusting to a new community has been challenging at times, and she misses the close friendships and active social life she built over the years, especially most recently in Iowa. Sharon would truly enjoy spending time with someone who values kindness, conversation, and shared experiences.

Although legally blind, Sharon’s peripheral vision allows her some sight. She also uses a walker and has some hearing loss. Despite these physical limitations, she is interested in staying engaged with the world around her. She would love support getting out into the community, whether for walks, errands, garage sales, or simply exploring her new surroundings together.

Family remains deeply important to Sharon. After high school, she married Richard, and together they raised three daughters: Pamela, Jill, and Tammy. Sharon worked hard to support her family, including many years in health care as a nursing and surgical assistant.

Throughout her life, Sharon has enjoyed staying active and social. She especially loved long walks, riding her three-wheel bicycle, attending her local senior center, and taking spontaneous road trips with close friends. Her Lutheran faith continues to be a meaningful source of comfort and strength, and she misses attending church and Bible study regularly.

Her beloved little Yorkie, Cuddles Victoria, is her constant companion. Cuddles is friendly, social, and accompanies Sharon almost everywhere as a support dog. Sharon would especially enjoy connecting with someone who loves dogs, enjoys gentle outings, and values authentic companionship and conversation.
